What is Faith International Leadership Institute [F.I.L.I] ?     

Now more than ever before religious institutions are being called upon to provide leadership roles during times of tremendous

change, upheavel, and uncertainty. Through broad partnerships between and among various faith based institutions, public

and private agencies, corporate businesses and commumity organizations. These leadersprovide the critical role necessary

with resolving high complex problems. The purpose of Faith International Leadership Institute is to provide a framework of

developing , enhancing  and empowering leaders with information that is practical, logical, and well researched.

Who Should Attend F.I.L.I?

If you are responsible for: improving your organization's mission, building organizational capacity, maximizing human

capability, resolving social, economic, environmental, and political issues, this is the place for you. Those who are Pastors,

Ministers, Elders, Deacons, Church Administrator or Trustee, Community based organization leaders, Non-Governmental

Official, Board of Director Member or Trustee, Social Worker, Government Agency Administrator, Public Official and those

who are interested in developing or improving their leadership skills.

Our Courses:

We offer courses monthly on saturdays from 8:00am - 2:00pm. Class assignments are to be completed within a three week

period and returned within the next session. Students are issued a syllabus, but will need to purchase their own textbooks. 

FILI offers courses such as Personality Profile, Spiritual Gift Inventory, Personality/Gifts, Darkside of Leadership,

Uniquely You, Ethics, Character and Integrity, The 101's, The Top Ten Mistakes. Our courses lead to degrees at the

Master or Doctoral levels.
