Section A: FCUS Alumni Association Memberships

To become a member, Complete the following steps: A.) First, Print out the top portion of this page (Section A)and check your desired membership level below to indicate your status with us. You must include your name or ornganizations name with this first submission. You are to send us your response by email: fmun44@hotmail.com or by mail: FCUS Alumni Association, 4305 St Barnabas Rd, Suite 400 A, Temple Hills, MD 20748  B.) Second, fill out the Membership form below (Section B)online and submit it electronically by clicking on the submit bar below. This will send the short Membership Form (Section B) directly to us electronically. C.)Third, click on our Tuition/Fees section above and go to our Online Payment Center on the left hand side of the page to make your initial Alumni payment. It will be processed electronically as well.

Active Membership

__An Annual Membership from September 1 - August 31 =$50.00

Life Membership

__Platinum Membership or Commitment to platinum Membership - $5000.00 (with a minimum of $500.00 initial payment)

__Gold Membership or Commitment to Gold Membership - $3000.00 (minimum of $300.00 initial payment)

__Silver Membership or Commitment to Silver Membership - $1500.00 (minimum of $200.00 initial payment)

Associate Membership

__An annual membership from September 1 - August 31 - $25.00
